‘Ashey’ came to us as a stray in a very poor state. He was obviously elderly and had turned up in someone’s garden.  No one claimed him which I think is very sad.  We were unfortunately unable to save ‘Ashey’ as he was in renal failure, so he was gently put to sleep to save further suffering. I am glad we were there for him – if only things had been different!
