We have MANY black cats looking for permanent, caring homes. Black and black & white cats are often passed by – but why ?

On the whole they are loving little characters and give unconditional love – but can wait many weeks, months or longer to catch someones eye.

‘Alfie’ and ‘Pippa’ now 2 years of  age have been with us for a very long time, mainly because they are timid little (or not so little !!) characters

Our black cats come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and of course differing ages, but they do all have the most  WONDERFUL characters.  ‘Frankie’ had been badly neglected, he was undoctered and was trying to fend for himself  but after ‘life changing surgery (!!) he has been transformed into a happy healthy boy who is now looking forward to a happy future.

‘Sooty’ is probably 8 – 10 years old and he turned up in someones garden – he was so hungry he was eating bread put out for the birds. He is such a lovely boy and very easy to please – yet another fabulous character.  ‘Poppie’ came in with her Mum, ‘Molly’. Their owners circumstances changed and they were unable to keep these lovely cats. Again ‘Poppy’ has a lovely character, is playful and just wants to live life to the full !!

If you would like to read more about these delightful little characters please go to our Adoption Page where you can meet all those waiting patiently to start their lives in a caring home.

The motto of this is: PLEASE GIVE a black or black/white cat the  CHANCE OF A LOVING, PERMANENT HOME – you will be rewarded 100 fold by these amazing little characters
